  • 最 近、「非神経細胞がドレブリン抗体で染まった、おかしいではないか」という質問をよく受けますが、神経特異的と考えられているのはドレブリンの神経特異的 アイソフォームのドレブリンAだけです。ドレブリンEは発生の早い段階では非神経細胞にも多量発現していることがあります。たいていの培養系の非神経細胞で は(神経細胞に比較して)少量のドレブリンEが発現しています。L細胞はドレブリンを全く発現していない珍しい細胞です。
